This feature is an advanced self-service solution that can help you identify the problem you’re having with your equipment. The easy-to-use troubleshoot flow system takes you step by step with illustrations, videos, and imagery, so that identifying issues and making repairs is as straightforward and easy as possible. This feature is currently available for all main floor cardio, HIIT and group cycle equipment with new content for our other Core products added monthly.
