The IDEA World Fitness Awards recognize those who inspire greatness every day in the field of fitness, and we are delighted that IDEA World has recognized what an outstanding and inspirational woman she is in the fitness space.
Doris’ impressive 35+ year career makes her an expert in the fitness industry. Not only is she an international award-winning fitness educator but she brings over 14 years as CEO of her own fitness company, allowing her to fully master all areas of the fitness industry.
Doris is now Senior Vice President of Group Fitness, Team Training and Innovation for VASA Fitness, is a Senior Master Trainer and Global Mentor for Schwinn Indoor Cycling and is widely known for her motivating and athletic coaching style. In addition to being a Power Music advisory board member, Doris consults for several leading brands on business and program development, and regularly lectures internationally.
