September 14, 2020 – Core Health & Fitness announced an exciting collaboration with Dame Kelly Holmes, double Olympic Gold medal winner. Over the duration of Holmes’ career, she won numerous global medals at Olympic, World, Commonwealth and European Championships! After her Olympic success, she won BBC Sports Personality of the Year, European Athlete of the Year and was honoured with a Damehood from the Queen.

Dame Kelly Holmes experienced many injuries over her athletic career, but this didn’t stop her from competing, and winning in International competition. Dame Kelly credits using a Gauntlet by StairMaster to help progress her fitness, making Holmes a true advocate of many of the keystone offerings from Core Health & Fitness.
Holmes will now be using the Star Trac FreeRunner treadmill alongside other training to get her back to peak performance (and running) after her latest surgery earlier this year.
