Marcus Schmidt and Stefan Schwartz came up with the idea of a podcast that revolves around the topic of “fitness”. ๐๐ฟ๐๐๐ & ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ ~ ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ด๐ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ was born about 1 year ago. Meanwhile we could welcome a variety of guests: industry representatives who gave their experticse to club operators; as well as club operators that chose a certain way to be successful.
Why limit ourselves to German-speaking guests when the international fitness scene offers so many interesting discussion partners and different markets can learn from each other? This thought led us to launch an English-language: ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐๐ & ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ ~ ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐.
During the Core ONETEAM kick-off event, we were able to inspire three extraordinary female managers to be guests of our first English podcast episodes:

Why Core employees? We wanted to show a different aspect of Core along with a personal note.
As non-native speakers, it can be quite challenging to find the right words during a podcast since we don’t speak English on a daily basis. Ladies, we hope we didn’t make it too hard for you and that you had as much fun as we did.
Both the English and German podcasts are designed to last about 20 minutes; for many people, the time they spend traveling between home and work.
